because that's what it is. the room is open summer 2026 as a pop-up on 32nd street. a summer of classes, community, and the method as we teach it. it's our soft open, our first chapter, and a chance to build with the people who want to be here early.

this fall, we close to build. the space is fully renovated and expanded over the winter. the room reopens, fully realized, in early 2027. same address, bigger, the version we've been working toward from the beginning. see the renderings on the home page.

we're planning community pop-ups around the area during the build. details will go to members, the newsletter and social media as soon as we have them locked.

yes. every membership or class pack active during the pop-up carries into the permanent room. founding members keep their locked rate for life.

yes. every class at the room is all-levels. the work meets you where you are. tell cam it's your first time when you walk in and she'll get you set up.

a mat towel and grip socks are required for every mat class. grip socks are required for every reformer class. bring your own, or grab them at the studio: mat towels are available to rent, socks are available to purchase. mats and props are provided.

there's lots of parking throughout the area.
you'll find street parking on 32nd st, villa way, 31st st, 30th st, and the surrounding streets, plus the parking lot on the corner of 32nd and newport blvd and a few other public lots close by.
all spots are paid (easy text-to-pay from your phone).
we recommend arriving a little early to find a spot. and if you end up a block or two over, it's a cute area to walk around on your way in. 🤍

we lock the door five minutes after class starts…not because we want to, but because the warm-up matters. reschedule and come back. we'll be here.

cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class. inside 12 hours, class packs lose the credit, unlimited members are charged $15. no-shows work the same way: packs forfeit the class, unlimited pays $20. we hold this kindly but firmly. it keeps the schedule fair for everyone on the waitlist.

yes! any monthly membership can be paused once a year for up to 90 days (3 months), in one-month chunks. the first month is on us. each month after is $15 to hold your spot. just email hello@theroomnewport.studio at least 7 business days before you want the pause to start. 🤍
