the story.
i’ve been moving my whole life. dance was everything to me, until it wasn't.
at 16, i was told i’d never dance again due to a back injury. pilates became my physical therapy, but it became something much more than that. i'd been cross-training in pilates since i was 9, but this was the moment i understood why. everything happens for a reason, and this was mine.
i completed my 500-hour classical certification through basi pilates and have been teaching since 2023. in may 2026 i graduate from usc with a degree in pr and advertising and a minor in entrepreneurship - and a signed lease on 32nd street. i moved to newport beach in 2020 and knew immediately this is where i was meant to be.
my dance background lives in every class i teach, in the way we move to music, in the precision of every cue, in the belief that movement should feel as good as it looks.
the room exists because i wanted to build something of my own. a place where the work is serious and the welcome is warm. where everyone who walks through the door belongs there.
this is that room.
